THE JANSEN

The Jansen is a lo-fi indie punk duo from Bogor, Indonesia, formed by siblings Cinta Rama “Tata” Bani Satria and Adji Pamungkas. Since 2015, they’ve played 70s punk through an interdisciplinary approach, blending poetic lyrics with raw punk and a mix of harsh and soothing sounds. The Jansen’s lyrics explore social issues, personal frustrations, and youthful rebellion with humor and sarcasm.
